Setting up your RadialLeaf portal account

Create a portal account, confirm your email, and find products, licenses, orders, and support in one place.

The RadialLeaf customer portal is where you access purchased products, licenses, orders, invoices, and support tickets.

Create an account

1. Go to Sign in and choose to register
2. Use a work email your team recognizes for ownership
3. Choose a strong password and enable two-factor authentication when available
4. Confirm your email from the verification message

If you already purchased through the store while logged in, orders may already appear under your account.

Connect marketplace purchases

If you bought on an external marketplace, verify purchase entitlement so products appear in your portal. See verifying your Envato purchase when applicable.

Portal sections

  • **Dashboard** — summary of products and recent activity
  • **Products** — downloads, updates, and changelog for entitled software
  • **Licenses** — license keys and activation guidance where applicable
  • **Orders** — invoices and payment history for direct store purchases
  • **Support** — open and track product support requests

Profile and billing details

Update your profile and billing information so invoices and renewal notices reach the right people. Keep company legal name and tax details accurate for finance teams.

If registration fails or purchases do not appear after verification, open a support ticket under **Account or license** with your purchase reference (never share full payment card numbers).
