Verifying your Envato purchase

RadialLeaf products sold through Envato marketplaces require purchase verification before downloads and product support entitlement appear in your portal.

Before you start

• Create or sign in to your RadialLeaf portal account
• Have your Envato purchase code or Envato account access ready
• Confirm you are verifying the correct product and license type

Option A — Connect Envato OAuth

When available in your portal:

1. Open **Products** or the purchase verification area
2. Choose **Connect Envato account**
3. Authorize RadialLeaf to read purchase entitlement for supported items
4. Wait for sync to complete and refresh the products list

OAuth connection can simplify future purchase discovery when you buy additional items with the same Envato account.

Option B — Verify a purchase code

1. Open the verification form in the portal
2. Enter the purchase code exactly as shown on Envato
3. Submit and wait for validation

If verification fails, check for typos, revoked licenses, or purchases under a different Envato username.

After verification

• Eligible products appear under **Products** with download and update access
• Support tickets for that product can reference entitlement automatically
• Keep portal email contacts current for update notifications

Troubleshooting

| Code rejected | Typo, refunded purchase, or item not yet mapped |
| OAuth error | Browser blockers or expired Envato session |

Open an **Account or license** support ticket with purchase date and Envato username (not your full purchase code in public channels if avoidable).
